from water heated instantly to from steam but in swedan several herbs as prescribed
by Ayurvedic physician are heated in a vessel for a fix period & then the steam formed
is given to patient for a fix time interval until patient is made to sweat.
Swedan open the sweat pores, helps blood circulation , mobilizes the stiffness in joints and Refreshes the body.
