Recommended format for an initial programme:
Initial introductory information session
A workshop/seminar on stress, health and Yoga
Introductory course of one session a week for eight weeks
This may then be followed with ongoing general Yoga classes.
At a time that best suits your organisation and those who wish to participate. Possibilities include early morning, lunchtimes or afternoon/evening. Each session is 1 to 1½ hours.
How Much Will A Programme Cost?
Introductory information session: FREE
Programme costs are then determined according to the nature of the particular programme that is developed. Depending on your needs, the yoga program structure normally includes a series of yoga classes running for eight to ten weeks. Ongoing or one-off classes are also possible. The one-hour classes cost $10 per person per class for 10 people or more.
What Do We Need To Conduct A Programme In Your Workplace?
Suitable room, large enough for the number of participants.
Each participant will need:

How to Implement the corporate yoga in your workplace?

Lunch Time Yoga :
This program is held during work hours, beginning sometime between the hours of 11:30 am and 1:30 pm, lasting for 55 minutes.
After Work Option :
The program can commence at 4:30 pm or 5:30 pm, or 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm
Camps
Apart from regular Corporate Yoga Sessions we also arrange the short term Yoga camps in workplace and realize that Yoga can increase productivity, less absenteeism due to sickness and helps to promote positive health.
They will be one or two weeks programme to cover the main concepts of health in Yoga for the benefit of the workforce
This will include a brief history of Yoga, and the various traditions of practice, to create a basic understanding of the philosophy and practice of Yoga.

Time:
Yogic Practices are best practiced early in the morning or late in the evening with empty stomach. Workplace classes can be structured on basis of feasibility of resources.
Bath:
Bath should be before the practice of yoga to enhance the benefits.
Place:
Well ventilated place must be used for the practice.
Seat:
A Yoga Mat or Carpet and smooth spread sheet is used to practice
Dress:
Dress should be free for the body movements and must be comfortable.
Food:
Stomach should be empty before practicing Yogasanas After major food (Meals) there must be a gap of 3-4 hours
Drinks:
Smoking, Alcoholic drinks and overeating are avoided to advance in the Practice of Yoga.
Capacity :
One should never practice or give over bending over stretching beyond his or capacity, Jerky movements are avoided.
Breathing:
Breathing should be nose and must synchronize with physical movements.
Guidance:
Yoga practice should be carried under the guidance of a Competent Yoga teacher
Regularity:
Regular practice is essential for proper practice.
Sleep:
One should sleep up to optimum time.
Sequence:
Yogasasans practiced before the practice of pranayama and must follow in sequence.

Flexibility Parameter
• Corporate Yoga Session/workshops can be offered with the following flexible parameters:
• Sessions/workshops can be offered in the morning, lunch hour or after work.
• Sessions can be conducted on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
• The duration of the session could be anywhere between 1 hour to 3 hours depending upon the type of program.
• All the programs are designed free of the barriers of age, sex and body types.
• The program suit all level of practitioner’s beginner, intermediate and advanced.
• Workshops and sessions are available for groups of varied sizes.
• Minimum group requirement of 10 possibly.
Basic requirements:
Place: We bring Yoga to you. All you need is to provide a space in which to Conduct the class. It could be any of the following:
• Cafeteria
• Gymnasium
• Conference room
• Classroom
• Empty office
• Work stations
Equipment: Mats are the only requirement to start the Yoga class/session. We may also have the work station session.
Commercials:
Rates would be charged either per student per sitting or per group (Maximum of 30 and minimum of 10) per hour.
Corporate Yoga sessions will take place on the business premises and will be from 50 to 60 minutes in length.
Mini Yoga/Relaxation Therapy sessions are offered for 30 to 40 minutes for a fee of $60.00 per session for groups of 15 and under, with an additional $2.00 per person for groups of 16 and over. Great for de-stressing and rejuvenating before or after meetings.
