i hv given hr pradarantakloh 2 bd (1 gm/ day) 

            &nb sp;        kachnaar guggulu 2 bd

            &nb sp;        syp. amycordial 20 ml bd

dis wl b beneficial to her or she s to go fr surgical treatment??

hello!dr....surgry is the secnd step if the patient is nt respndng to any f ur trtmnt..............along with ur trtmnt u should start with kankayan vatti[gulm] 2tds nd kachnar guggle 2bd.

Varanadi ghrtam or kashayam with kanchanara guggulu will reduce the bulkiness of the tumor and with regards to metrorrhagia Pravala bhasma 250 mgms with ksheera or navaneetha as anupana in tds dosage will arrest the ut.bleeding.On controlling the bleeding advice any uterine tonics of your choice.

According to symptoms ,, treat it  as simple rakta pradar.

U can give pushyanug churna 5 gms bd apan kaal

Bol baddha ras 250 mg qds.Tapyadi loha 1 od rasayan kaal.

Give  any kindof guggul once bleeding stops otherwise guggul increases pitta and hence even the time for stopping the bleeding.

give lep of gulmohar flowers on pelvic region. To stop severe bleeding u can also give alum to be swallowed with water.keep giving pusyanug churna for  avery long duration
