i hv a patient she is in menopausal stage she is complaining of allegy on skin. symptoms are red patches and severe itching she is taking tab.allegra whenever she got these symptoms then she get relief.allergy don't appear regularly but after few days.can anyone help me.

Dear Doc your case seems to be one closely related to Dx- menopausal Urticaria (Hives).

If she is a diabetic then Madhusnuhi rasayanam (brhat) is adviceable. If not advice her to take  2 tsp of harifra churna mixed with milk in tds or qds dosage soon after intake of food.

Externally Karanja thailam or Durvadi thailam will help her from her itchy and dry skin.

HI DOC. THIS IS DR. ISHU ARORA, GET THE STOOL EXAMINATION OF THE PATIENT.IT CAN BE DUE TO THE WORMS. if it contains larvae, then give VIDANGASVA & Tab. AROGYAVARDHINI 1-1 TWICE A DAY. IT WILL BE VERY HELPFUL. THANKYOU......

rasayan chikitsa should be given in manopausal state due to ojahkshaya.

haridrakhand with warm milk 2 times a day empty stomach will be better for her

take a deep history of ahar, you will surly found history of virudhhahar like milk  with salt,milk with food or something like that. find out the allergen and avoid it
