Esha ..... according to mentioned symptoms this is the case of vatrakta with renal stone. u can prescribe Panchtiktaghrit guggulu 500 mg BD, Amrita Satwa 500 mg BD, Suranjan (mitha) churna 250 mg BD, Mukta pisthi or muktashukti pisthi for vatrkta and Sweta parpati 500 mg BD, hajaralyahood pisthi 500 mg BD, chandraprabha vati 500 mg BD, Gokshuradi guggulu 750 mg BD, Punarnavaristha 30 ml BD after meal with equal water and chandanadi vati if burning sensation is present, for renal calculi it must give better result.
