Your Rx is good. It will surely give a good response as an adjuvant treatment along with allopathy Rx.Please continue the same. With regards to increased diastolic pressure, why dont you put him under the following combination sarpagandha choornam + Gokshuradi churnam + Triphala Choornam.
Wish you all the best. With Warm regards - Dr.Bhat.

Honestly speaking people in Chennai do not come to Ayurveda Docs during pregnancy. They opt to be under the guidance of obstetricians. Hence I do not have any idea regarding the usage of garbhapala rasa. I am sorry if my answer dissapoints you. I am of the sincere opinion that one should not give any suggestions based on the theory unless and until he has got exposure in that case. In the above mentioned case od I.U.D, I am least experienced.
Warm regards to you.
