Ahar(diet),Nindra(sleep)and Bharamcharya(diciplined life)are the sub pillars of one's life.If they are balanced there is complete health.Out of these Nindra is playing very important role.In this blog i would like to discuss how to bring natural sleep? and what is role of quality sleep in ones life. "Nindra is a state when all the indriyas(sensory)get detached from their subjects after getting fatigueness,there is entry of inertia(tamah)in the body." Now a days there is total confussion and intermingelling (indriyas vibhrans) of sensosory organ and lack of satisfaction in their subjects .This era of satellite channels and computers have taxed us in a different ways. Nindra helps in a following ways- -proper sleep brings alertness,happiness and freshness. -quality sleep helps in proper distribution of digested food. -it increases the immunity of the body. -natural sleep play important role in checking ageing process. Tips to bring quality sleep- -avoid day sleep. -dont skip lunch. -dinner should be taken light and early i.e 2 hrs before going to bed and only when lunch is digested. -long shower bath in the evenning. -regular massages with oils suits to ones prakriti. -reduce watching t.v. -develop the art of reading and narating stories. -application of balm on the eye lids. -culture of listening soothing music to ones culture.
